Planning the Advert Day 5

Agenda- Editing in Final Cut

As all the filming is done, we now need to edit the video in order to make it better and more of an advert material. When we are editing we will cut out any unnessary parts and we will try to cut the video down to 10  seconds or less. This will all be done in final cut as this is the best way to edit our video.

This is the final copy of our product. This is the Shreddies advert in which we have created.

This is our recorded pitch.

Planning the Advert Days 4

Agenda- Planning for the filming

We are filming to day and creating our advert for real, we are very confident with our plans and are hoping for the shoot to go well. Everything is booked and is planed for and interruptions or cancelations, even breakages.

The filming went very well and this stuck to plan, it was done on time and everyone was there to participate within the video shoot. The video shooting is now done, all we need to do now is to edit.

Planning the Advert Day 3

Agenda-

We are all very clear of what we are doing within our shoot, we have organised times to meet each other in order to be punctual and on time, this is to make sure that everyone is one time and they are ready to film on time, this will help us to stick to our plans when it comes to the real day of shooting.

We have drawn sketches of the scenes and listed all the equipment in which we need to get ready for Thursday the 7th, this is used as a check listed so we know what we need at what time. We are looking over our pitch presentation in order to follow our original plans.

We are focusing and looking at where the camera is meant to be in all scenes, and at what angles they need to be at, at all times during that day.

Planning the Advert Day 2

Day 2 - Planning For Advert

We have confirmed the date to our actors and our crew, they are able to film with us on the 7th of January, so this is good news. We will be meeting after school in Abbie's house in order to shoot all of the scene requires.

We have got the scripts all ready an the plans in order to follow them on the day, so we are all prepared. During our meetings we have discussed everything that we are going to do in order to make the advert. We are all clear of the plans and will be confident to shoot the video, on that day.

Planning the Advert Day 1

Day 1 - Discussing Plans for Filming

Agender- Plan Filming - Story

Martin and Jamie are going to feature without our advert, Martin will be the son whilst Jamie will be the Dad. they will both be in a kitchen, the dad will be advising the son to eat sherries.

They will both go y the script and we will advise then and run through the scene before we film so they are prepared to act. If one of the boys are ill, e have people on stand by as our back up, so this way nothing will stop us from filming.

We intend to film on Thursday the 7th January 2016. We have booked a camera and tripod out just in case our camera doesn't work or if we forget to bring it, this way we are sorted incase of any confusion or even breakage.

When we are filming we are looking at our plans and intensions at the beginning in order to follow the script and plan correctly as we stating and wanted to do in the beginning.
